Digital exams at RUB must take place on Online-Exam and not on RUB-Moodle (Learning-Management-System).

After you have sent your request via the online form, we will check it and contact you.
If you want to conduct a digital exam on campus and we don't have the room or personnel capacity during your requested timeslot, we will contact you to agree on an alternative date and time for your exam. The same goes for remote online exam requests, which would exceed the server capacity limits.
We are eager to offer you a digital exam timeslot that is feasible for everyone involved.

As an examiner, you enrol your students in your exam course. The course enrolment can be done with a list of matriculation numbers or e-mail addresses of your students, for example.
To enrol your students in your exam course, you can use the bulk enrol option with a CSV-list of e-mail addresses. Self-enrolment into exam courses by students is deactivated on Online-Exam by default due to security reasons.
Since summer semester 2022, the multi-phase piloting for digital exams on campus has started.
This piloting is organised and supported by IT.SERVICES and the Zentrum für Wissenschaftsdidaktik. In this context, digital exams can take place in the new E-Assessment-Center (GAFO 04/402).
